Shipping & Returns

Any changes to orders such as address changes can only be made up to 4hrs after the order was placed. All orders that are placed after that timeframe will be final, so please make sure your order is correct prior to placing. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. When your shipment has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, followed by an email with tracking information.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, except handmade products which are 3-5 business days, and shipped out to you.

USA/DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Pre-Order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks, or the specific timeframe listed on the product details. We try to get them out to you as soon as possible because we know how much you want your order!

In stock items typically will take 3-5 business days to ship.

Please note: The current environment has resulted in unique situations that may result in processing and shipping delays. We ensure that everything on our end will be timely so that your order gets to you as quickly as possible!  We thank you in advance for your patience during this time. 

NON-USA/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 International orders do not include import duties, taxes, shipping costs and other charges in the item price. Please check your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs prior to purchasing the planner. All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. You will also be provided a tracking number once it has shipped. International orders will only be shipped via UPS or USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept unopened item returns on certain items within 7 days of delivery, and will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

All planners must still have their original shrink wrapping, undamaged and remain in its original packaging. Refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Please email info@essentiallyplan.com to process your return.

No cancellations, returns or exchanges can be accepted on handmade products unless your order arrives damaged. 

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges. Essentially Plan does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns or exchanges.

To start a return, please email us at info@essentiallyplan.com with your order number, the product that you would like to return, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instructions.
